Good morning everyone

As everyone knows, the developing situation with COVID has rapidly changed in the past 72 hours.

We continue to work with the Office of Sport, Sport NSW and other sports to stay as up to date as possible as the situation unfolds. With the new information released today and the uncertainty in the short term, VNSW has made the decision to postpone all activities for this weekend. The impacts of the postponement of this weekend is being considered with clubs and athletes to receive further information early next week on next steps once adjustments to plans have been made.

At this time, Holiday Camps starting Monday will continue but we strongly urge all participants to only attend if they live in the general area of the camp. This is also only if you are able to while still meeting the NSW Government Public Health Orders.

In addition, the VNSW Office will be closed for all of next week with all staff working from home again to ensure we do our part to reduce the risk.

As always, these decisions are not made lightly but the health and safety of our community is our absolute highest priority. Please take care of yourself, your families and the greater community, get tested if you are unwell and follow all of the health orders so we can all get back on court as quickly as possible.
